Presentation

Breath shortness, chronic cough and skin lesions.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
ct

Multiple nodular opacities are scattered at both lungs, less than 10mm. The mediastinum is centered and of normal width.  Multiple enlarged lymph nodes are present at mediastinum and both hilar regions.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with sarcoidosis stage II (path-proven skin lesion biopsy).
