Both testes and epididymides show diffusely decreased echogenicity with mild increased vascularity. Diffuse scrotal wall thickening and interstitial edema are noted.
Within the left scrotal wall, there is turbid fluid collection surrounded by areas of increased echogenicity and hyperemia.
