A well-defined extratesticular nodular lesion is seen, appearing isointense on T1W images, hypointense on T2W images, and showing post-contrast enhancement.

Case Discussion

Painless extratesticular nodular lesion appearing to arise from tunica albuginea.

Differential diagnosis:

  • adenomatoid tumor
  • epididymal sarcoidosis
  • liposarcoma of scrotal wall
  • fibroma
  • sperm granuloma of epididymis
  • spindle cell neoplasm

Adenomatoid tumor
