Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Trauma to right hemiscrotum one day prior. Presents with pain & swelling involving the right hemiscrotum.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

A well-defined heterogeneous echopattern area with fluid cleft is noted in right hemiscrotal wall. No vascularity is noted in the lesion.

RIGHT testis: normal 

RIGHT epididymis: normal

Mild fluid with echoes in the RIGHT scrotal sac.

LEFT testis, left epidiymis, left hemiscrotal wall - normal.

Case Discussion

Case of direct injury to right hemiscrotum shows:

1 ) right hemiscrotal wall hematoma

2 ) small amount of right hematocele

3) normal testis
