Presentation
Diffuse scrotal discomfort for one week. The primary clinical suspicion was that of epididymitis.

Scrotolith

Small amounts of clear fluid surrounding the right testis (hydrocele). Lying dependently within this fluid, there is a small calcification measuring about 4 mm. The calcification is mobile (not shown here).
Case Discussion
The scrotolith, or scrotal pearl, was probably an incidental finding in this case. Upon questioning, the patient could not recall any previous episodes of scrotal pain or trauma.
