Headache. Incidental finding on CT brain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral calcific scleral foci seen at anterior sclera at the level of the lens.

Case Discussion

Senile calcific scleral plaques are usually asymptomatic incidental finding.

The calcfic plaques usually occur just anterior to the insertion of the horizontal (medial & lateral recti muscles), at the level of the lens.
