There is absence of septum pellucidum.
There is projection in the left lateral ventricle, extend as cleft like to the pial surface of left frontal lobe, lined by isointense thickened grey matter, likely closed-lip schizencephaly.
There are cortical thickening and dysplasia.
Case Discussion
Absent septum pellucidum, closed-lip schizencephaly and cortical dysplasia suggestive of septo-optic dysplasia.
