Lack of septum pellucidum, hypoplastic optic nerves and chiasm, and small pituitary gland with absent posterior bright spot are characteristic findings of septo-optic dysplasia. Coronal images shows an abnormal appearance of the inferior aspects of the lateral ventricles. There was no associated schizencephaly, a common association.
Case Discussion
