Comminuted distal humeral fracture with dispersed fragments and bone defects involving the entire lateral condyle. Shell splinters and bone fragments had been surgically removed in former instances. Burrholes from external fixation can be seen in the shafts of the distal humerus and the proximal radius and ulna.
