No growth in humerus length is seen between radiographs taken at age 9 and 13 with the appearance of the proximal humerus consistent with premature fusion of the growth plate.  

Case Discussion

No growth in humerus length is seen between radiographs taken at age 9 and 13 with the appearance of the proximal humerus consistent with premature fusion of the growth plate.  This was thought to be a long term consequence of neonatal sepsis.
