Articular side focal tear is present along the course of supraspinatus tendon mid to posterior fibers.
Normal appearance of the rotator cuff muscles, long head of biceps tendon located in the bicipital groove, glenoid labrum and glenohumeral ligaments as well as humeral head and acromioclavicular joint.
