Presentation

Right breast pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
mammography

The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.

Several well-defined, round masses with equal density to the fibroglandular tissue are seen in the right breast.

An intramammary lymph node is seen in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast.

Left axillary lymph nodes are noted.

A simple cyst is seen in the left breast.

Case Discussion

The simple cysts and intramammary lymph node are BIRADS II lesions.

The fibroadenomas is a BIRADS III lesion.
