- right-sided cardiac apex
- right-sided aortic arch, and descending aorta
- stomach gas and spleen under right hemidiaphragm
- liver and gallbladder on the left side
- inverse relationship of the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava

The tomographic findings demonstrate situs inversus totalis incidentally.
