Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Apex of the heart is seen on right side with right sided aortic arch and stomach bubble representing situs inversus totalis. Azygos fissure is seen on left side.

Situs falls under three main types: situs solitus, situs inversus and situs ambiguus.

Situs inversus is term used to describe mirror image arrangement of chest and abdominal organs. On chest radiograph there is right sided cardia apex, aortic arch and stomach bubble.
