Subcutaneous emphysema right chest wall, small right pneumothorax with adjacent skin fold.

Case Discussion

This patient has both a pneumothorax pitfall (a skinfold) and an actual pneumothorax. Remember, don't stop looking after making a finding, there may be multiple abnormalities!
