History of left anterior parasagittal craniotomy for an aneurysm surgery. Presents with fever and cellulitis in the left front.

Hyperostosis characterized by thickening of the left frontal and ethmoid bone plate. Opacification of the left frontal sinus and ethmoid cells (sinus inflammation). There is also increase of extracranial soft tissue on left front, but no signs of brain involvement.
Case Discussion
This case represents a frontal and ethmoid sinus inflammation that extends to the left frontal craniotomy, with inflammation of the local extra-cranial soft tissues. The case can be understood as an osteomyelitis of bone flap and as a Pott puffy tumor.
The patient was treated with antibiotics and further craniectomy.
