Presentation

Known right parietal bulging of the skull since early childhood. Minor head trauma.

Right posterior parietal expansile lytic lesion with thin sclerotic margins and geographic internal opacities.

Features are likely of benign expansile skull lesion, mostly representing intraosseous hemangioma of the skull vault.
