Slipped upper femoral epiphysis

Posteromedial slippage of the left capital femoral epiphysis (the lateral edge of the epiphysis is within the middle third of the metaphysis) with widening of the femoral growth plate and irregularity with blurring of the physeal edges.
Normal appearance of the right hip.
