Multiple retroperitoneal enlarged hypodense lymph nodes are seen with bilateral ovarian and uterine masses.
Case Discussion
Lymphoma was considered as a provisional diagnosis.
Differential diagnosis:
- Lymphoma
- Uterine sarcoma with metastases
- Ovarian sarcoma with metastases
- Metastases from unknown primary
Final diagnosis: Small lymphocytic (B-Cell) lymphoma.
