Coronal images of the shoulder show superiorly positional incongruent humeral head with impingment of inferior glenoid rim at medial humeral head at which point a small subchondral cyst, some edema and cortical thickening is noted.
The axial nonarthrographic images show of anteroinferior  labrum reveal linear full thickness labro-cartilaginous sepration with maintained labrocapsular attachment, hence suggestive of soft bankart lesion with grade II labral tear.
No evidence of labral subluxation, displacement, periosteal avulsion or capsular tear noted.
The axillary band inferior glenohumeral ligament appears hypertrophic and mildly edematous with fraying at the humeral attachment .
