Group of phleboliths are seen clustered in the posterior lower leg.

Soft tissue lesion encasing the flexor hallucis tendon, The lesion is of intermediate signal at T1 & high signal at T2 & STIR with prominent enhancement on post contrast images, it also show multiple foci of dark signal ( representing the phleboli at the plain X-ray).
Patchy marrow signal of the examined bones.
