A circumscribed lesion measuring about (30 * 75 * 90 mm), isointense on T1W and T2W, situated medially in the distal thigh at the interface between the muscle and subcutaneous fat.
Case Discussion
Regarding the imaging and clinical findings, right knee subcutaneous acute hematoma is the main diagnosis.
