Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Right inguinal swelling, to rule out hernia.

Patient Data

Age: 10 months
Gender: Male
ultrasound

An oval-shaped cyst is seen at the right inguinal canal with no communication through the intact internal inguinal ring. Multiple reactive inguinal lymph nodes are noted.

Right testis is seen at the right scrotal sac.

Inguinal left testis.
