Tubular, fluid-attenuation mass filling the right spermatic cord. Smoothly enhancing wall. Small enhancing nodular soft tissue component. Right hydrocele.

Case Discussion

Pathology:  Dedifferentiated liposarcoma with leiomyosarcomatous components.

Although uncommon, it is good to have a differential for spermatic cord masses, which include: lipoma/liposarcoma, leiomyoma/leiomyosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, schwannoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, and fibrous pseudotumor.
