Case Discussion

PATHOLOGY:  Dedifferentiated liposarcoma with leiomyosarcomatous components.

Although uncommon, it is good to have a differential for spermatic cord masses, which include: lipoma/liposarcoma, leiomyoma/leiomyosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, schwannoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, and fibrous pseudotumor.
