Prevalent round breastscreen. Asymptomatic.

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Subtle right sided architectural distortion at 9 o'clock

Spiculated architectural distortion causing a black star on spot compression views. 

Typical poorly defined hypoechogenic area that has a malignant appearance

14G core biopsy histology of a radial scar. Surgical wide local excision performed.

Complex sclerosing lesion with no evidence of atypia or malignancy.
