There is herniated small bowel loop through defect lateral to rectus muscle in the left lower abdomen, in linea semilunaris region, surrounded by minimal free fluid, enhanced bowel wall, causing proximal distended bowel.
Also noted another smaller hernia with fatty content on the right side.
Case Discussion
Herniation of bowel loops through linea semilunaris, at the lateral border of rectus abdominis muscle, suggestive of left obstructed spigelian hernia.
