LEFT lower anterior abdominal wall hernia is noted.
Neck is between left rectus and oblique muscles.
Defect size - 36 x 35 mm
Small bowel with peristalsis and fat are present in sac.
Hernia is partly reducible.
Case Discussion
Findings favor spigelian hernia.
