Palpable hernia in the right iliac fossa.

There is a herniation of a small bowel segment through the abdominal wall with the herniated sac located lateral to the rectus abdominis muscle, along the semilunar line (Spigelian line) through the transversus abdominis aponeurosis (Spigelian fascia).
