Dorsal spine

mri

An infiltrative lesion is seen involving the vertebral body of a dorsal spine vertebral at a mid-dorsal level, with a hypointense signal on T1 and T2. It shows mild central decreased height with concave endplates. It has paravertebral extraosseous components. It has an extradural component affecting the spinal cord with proximal dorsal syrinx.
