MRI shows a well-circumscribed intradural extramedullary oval mass at the level of T1 vertebra.
Case Discussion
MRI: MRI shows a well-circumscribed, intradural but extramedullary oval mass at the level of T1. It has intermediate signal on T1-weighted and T2-weighted images, and homogeneously enhances with the contrast.
Features are consistent with a spinal meningioma.
