Presentation

Gradually worsening quadriplegia.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Well defined lesion in the intradural extramedullary location along the right side causing cord compression and displacement to the left. Intense homogeneous enhancement on contrast injection.

Case Discussion

Features are in keeping with spinal meningioma. The cervical spine is the most common location for it.
