There is small rounded lesion at right lateral recess of L5-S1 adjacent right facet joint, appears hypointence T1 W and hyperintense T2W image, it measures about 7mm , causes mass effect, compressing and diplacing the right nerve root anteriorly.
Also noted right facet joint arthropathy.
