Thoracic spine

mri

Axial T2 shows high signal infiltrative lesion involving thoracic vertebral body, right side pedicle and posterior elements, with extraosseous extensions involving right paraspinal muscles and extradural extension markedly compressing the spinal cord.

Sagittal T1 and T2 show the spinal and extraspinal extensions.
