Low back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

Grade I spondylolisthesis of L4 on L5 and L5 on S1 is evident, accompanied by spondylolysis.

Case Discussion

Spondylolisthesis refers to the slippage of one vertebra relative to the one below. Spondylolisthesis can occur anywhere but is most frequent, particularly when due to spondylolysis, at L4/5 and L5/S1.
