Knee pain and swelling and negative history of trauma

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Marrow edema of the medial femoral and to lesser extent medial tibial condyles with subchondral flattening of the medial femoral condyle (weight bearing area).

Diagnosis: Spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee (SONK)
