Abnormal position of left clavicle, which is pointed upwards and has a bony prominence extending towards the cervical spine. Elevated left scapula.
No vertebral fusions noted.
Case Discussion
The abnormally elevated scapula is in keeping with a Sprengel deformity. In this case, the ipsilateral clavicle is also abnormally formed and positioned.
