Well-defined, round/oval radiolucency, medial to the angle of the mandible, inferior to the inferior alveolar canal.
Case Discussion
A Stafne cyst is a cortical defect near the angle of the mandible below the inferior alveolar canal. It is usually an incidental finding and strictly speaking it is not a cyst (as it does not contain any fluid).
