Presentation

Port wine stain, seizures, hemiparesis.

Right-sided cerebral atrophy, with gyral/subcortical white matter (WM) calcifications.

Case Discussion

Features are suggestive of Sturge-Weber syndrome. Ipsilateral choroid plexus enlargement is not well appreciated in this CT study.
