Presentation

Head trauma.

Focal hyperdensity in the left frontal lobe representing a contusion.

Focal hyperdensity in the left frontal lobe representing a contusion. This is stable. 

Expected evolution of the left frontal contusion, which is now hypodense. Ring enhancement is demonstrated on post-contrast images.
