CT image shows diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage in all basal cisterns, bilateral Sylvian fissure and interhemispheric fissure.
Case Discussion
This case shows a typical subarachnoid hemorrhage. The origin of it is variable and may be due to vascular problems, ruptured intracranial aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), tumors that can bleed into the subarachnoid space and trauma.
