CT image shows diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage in all basal cisterns, bilateral sylvian fissures and inter-hemispheric fissure with a component of left subdural hematoma.

Control CT 5 days after shows partial absorption of the subarachnoid hemorrhage with a decrease in attenuation coefficient compared to the first study.
Case Discussion
This case shows a subarachnoid hemorrhage with a subdural hemorrhage component. We see a favorable evolution with reabsorption of the hemorrhage and without signs of complications.
In the evolution of intracranial hemorrhage on computed tomography, we expect a decrease of the blood density of 1.5 HU per day.
