Male with sinusitis, headache and meningism.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

MRI demonstrates frontal sinusitis with bilateral frontal collection that shows T2/FLAIR hyperintense signal and T1 hypointense signal, with T1C+ peripheral enhancement (right sided subdural and left sided epidural). The collection shows high DWI signal and low ADC signal ("true diffusion restriction").
