Presentation

The patient had noticed a non-tender protuberance at his forehead a few weeks ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

A T1/T2 hyperintense well-defined subgaleal lesion in the left frontal region.

Case Discussion

Unlike the usual lipoma, subgaleal lipomas appear firm and immobile on palpation 1.
