Submandibular sialolithiasis and chronic sialadenitis

- large calculus seen at the junction between the right submandibular gland and its duct with subsequent sialectasis
- atrophic changes of the right gland with abscess formation
- multiple calculi seen at the distal portion of the duct with subsequent sialectasis
- multiple calculi seen implicating the left submandibular duct, the largest seen at the junction between the gland and the duct while smaller one seen at the distal duct (sublingual coarse) with minimal dilatation of the duct. The gland itself is of average size with no focal lesion
- bilateral enlarged cervical lymph nodes
