Presentation

Right shoulder pain, restricted movements - 3 -4 months. No trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 55 yrs
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Long head bicpes tendon - Intact with medial dislocation

Subscapularis tendon - full thickness tear

Supraspinatus tendon - intact, normal

Infraspinatus tenodn - intact, normal

Muscle bellies of supra and infraspinatus - No volume loss, no fatty infiltration.
