Subserosal uterine leiomyomas

Presentation

Irregular menstruation and abdominal enlargement.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

Large mass arise from the surface of the uterus exhibiting intermediate signal in T1 and low signal in T2 and STIR. Another smaller lesion arise also from uterine surface and much smaller one intramural they display the same signal characteristics. They enhance less than the uterine parenchyma.
