Anatomical variation: superior accessory fissure on the right, best appreciated in the sagittal plane (re-windowed to increase visual clarity)

Case Discussion

Unilateral superior accessory lung fissure itself is a frequent anatomic variation, while the resultant somewhat zigzagging appearance of the fissure as in this case is less common.
