Sagittal images demonstrate thin line posterior to the right minor fissure, at the same plane and in a horizontal/oblique orientation. It looks like a continuation of the right minor fissure posteriorly, which separates right lower lobe into superior and inferior segments. Coronal images demonstrate a thin horizontal line projecting below and parallel to the right minor fissure. These findings are consistant with right superior accessory fissure.

There are also paraseptal parenchymal lucencies keeping with paraseptal emphysematous changes. Also noted is a 0.5 cm posterior right upper lobe nodule.
