Tracheostomy in situ. Left internal jugular chest port with tip in the mid-SVC. SVC stent noted.
No focal consolidation. Elevated right hemidiaphragm. Gas filled loops under the left hemidiaphragm.

SVC stent placed secondary to a stricture, itself presumably secondary to long-term central venous access.
