Presentation

Headache without nasal discharge or fever.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

There is a hyperdense tooth-like structure protruding from the floor of the left nasal cavity.  Separately, some of the maxillary tooth roots protrude into the maxillary sinus. There is scattered mucosal thickening and mucus retention cysts.
